About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Sr Order to Cash to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Global Business Services organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our business through specialized O2C and P2P reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources to provide business insights and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility into key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business drivers, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience in reporting from ERPs like SAP, Peoplesoft, and/or Oracle required.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivables/accounts payables reporting principles and processes.
  • Ability to use and navigate across various systems and software programs.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in finance/accounting reporting experience.
  • Experience working with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Advanced skills in reconciling reports for accuracy from data sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data visualization.
