As a Financial Planning Specialist at GM Financial, you will play a key role in maintaining, improving, and developing existing management reporting processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that reporting requirements are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions to gather required data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing management reporting processes
  • Ensure reporting requirements are met by coordinating efforts across multiple functions
  • Develop financial performance measurement tools to monitor and improve performance
  • Support financial closing activities and provide post-closing analytics and reporting
  • Assist in creation and analysis of pricing proposals
  • Provide financial data and ad hoc analysis to local finance and operating teams
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast, including profit and loss, balance sheet
  • Proactively keep the FP&A Manager informed of business issues and opportunities
