About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our Consumer Electronics Retail team at Amazon Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx.

You will own selected brands, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed weekly reports on performance. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing brand product portfolios to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers
  • Creating detailed weekly reports on performance
  • Leading presentations and planning sessions with vendors
  • Acting as the main point of contact for vendors

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience with Excel

- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required

- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development

- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
