About the Role

At IBM, we're looking for a skilled Documentum administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and evaluating big data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Documentum administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Data Model Design and ETL Optimization: Design, build, and optimize new and existing data models and ETL processes based on our clients' business requirements.
  2. Robust Data Infrastructure Management: Build, deploy, and manage data infrastructure that can adequately handle the needs of a rapidly growing data-driven organization.
  3. Seamless Data Accessibility and Security Coordination: Coordinate data access and security to enable data scientists and analysts to easily access data whenever they need to.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

We're looking for candidates with exposure to Documentum-EMC and/or OpenText, as well as English conversational fluency.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidates with a basic understanding of the following areas will be preferred:

  • Operating Systems, i.e. Linux, Unix, MacOS, Windows, etc.
  • Active Directory
  • Database, i.e. SQL, Oracle, etc.
  • Web Applications: i.e. Websphere, Liberty, Tomcat.
  • Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies
  • Scripting languages, i.e. Docbasic, XML, Shell, Powershell, etc.
  • Alternate Enterprise Document Management system.
  • Disaster Recovery processes and objectives.
