The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Cyber Fusion Center team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in supporting our cyber intelligence function and helping to protect our organization from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop threat modeling methodologies, including Kill Chain, Diamond Model, and MITRE ATT&CK framework, to identify, classify, prioritize, and report on cyber threats using a structured approach.
- Lead the North American team's daily task management and operations to ensure seamless support for a follow-the-sun support model.
- Develop a risk-based model of historical threat activity, trends, and common attack vectors tied to tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to support threat detection and pen testing teams.
- Provide data-driven research to internal teams and leadership on changes to the cyber threat landscape through various internal and external tools to support incidents.
- Collect and manage Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) related to threats to the organization through feed integration with partner institutions, mailing lists, open source news, and industry partnerships.
- Establish relationships between the CTI team and other groups, both internal and external, to support information sharing and collaboration.
- Share relevant cyber intelligence findings with internal audiences, including Senior Leadership, IT Teams, and User communities, as well as external trust groups.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of threat modeling methodologies and cyber threat intelligence principles.
- Experience with threat intelligence tools and technologies, including feed integration and IOC management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
