- Participate in strategy and planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop new materials to support business development activities and facilitate graphic design support for workshops and strategy meetings.
- Coordinate with the communications team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- 5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing roles, preferably with a design, architecture, or professional services background.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
- High degree of competency with Adobe programs, especially InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral.
- Ability to provide strategic thinking and recognize competitive advantage opportunities for Gensler.
- Strong understanding of design principles and current design trends and technologies.
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner and willing to be in constant learning of new abilities.
- Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
