Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Supervisor (A) De Bar to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the grooming and attire of staff, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure seating availability, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging guests, and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service delivery.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a dynamic environment.
