About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing, researching, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management development.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation to customers, customer support groups, and implementation teams to ensure successful ServiceNow deployments.
  • Configuration and Growth: Support the configuration and growth of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with teams to ensure best practices are adopted.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow design, development, and configuration in ITSM and ITOM.
  • 2+ years of experience with APIs and integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • 2+ years of working experience with Git and CI/CD tool suites.
  • Experience with data modeling design and architecture.
  • Certifications in ITIL and/or TOGAF are a plus.
