The Head Risk Management Latin America Reinsurance will play a crucial role in ensuring that Swiss Re's reinsurance business in the Latin America region is managed effectively and efficiently. This involves providing independent assurance that the region's risks are being reliably governed, identified, underwritten, managed, and controlled.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement region-specific risk standards in line with Group policies and guidelines.
- Implement appropriate control frameworks to ensure compliance with Group-wide policies and guidelines.
- Manage a small team of risk officers and support the engagement of the CRO SRAC & Head MU RM Americas.
