Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer expectations and product standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating quality and safety documentation.
- Serving as a key resource for quality methodologies within the manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to quality objectives set by the Quality Manager.
- Overseeing the product lifecycle from the start of production to its end.
- Analyzing process variations and implementing corrective actions to keep processes and products within specified limits.
- Leading and validating action plans to address internal or external customer issues.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Knowledge of IATF standards
- Proficiency in Core Tools (AMEF/CP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- Understanding of GD&T
- Familiarity with customer requirements such as Formel Q, VDA, BIQ (as applicable)
- Mastery of the 8 Quality Basics
- ISO standards knowledge
