We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the production process, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality.
- Use ERP systems and Excel analysis for inventory management, production planning, and operational tasks.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Plan the use of human resources, including personnel and machine capacity.
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations in the automotive suppliers industry.
- Understanding of ERP systems and Excel.
- Proven leadership abilities in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and team management.
- IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certification.
