  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and communicate industrial performance to stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to industrial teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in industrial performance improvement, operational excellence, or related roles within a manufacturing environment for at least 4 years.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with a track record of achieving measurable improvements in operational performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
