- Education and Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD) for creating and modifying engineering drawings, and familiarity with manufacturing software tools, such as ERP systems or process simulation software.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and use statistical methods to identify trends and make informed decisions, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document procedures, and present findings, and ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
