We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and authorize changes in existing and future production lines to optimize spaces and engineering changes.
- Create a collaborative environment by coordinating and supervising the generation or update of job letters made by industrial engineers.
- Manage basic inputs, resources, and materials to obtain an investment strategy and coordinate engineering change requests.
- Monitor ongoing production operations to ensure productivity through daily monitoring and support production areas.
- Participate with the value chain to suggest lean processes in production.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.
- Work History: Several years of relevant professional experience preferably in the manufacturing area (Process Engineer).
- Experience and Knowledge: SAP, MTM studies, Industrial Engineering, and ECR's and Lean Manufacturing.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Personality: Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international team.
