EF Education First: Unlocking Global Opportunities
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as a Global Sales Ambassador.
About the Role:
Sales Target Achievement
As a Global Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by selling our programs to customers through phone, face-to-face, and social media interactions.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach our predefined KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence
Providing exceptional pre-and post-sales customer service and support is crucial to your success in this role.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Team Collaboration
You will collaborate with our team to participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customer interest.
This may include attending conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
Additional Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing our customer database to increase sales and working with our team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Preferable a Bachelor's degree in business, administration, language, or tourism
- Overseas studying/working experience, ideally exposure to an international environment for 3-6 months
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Ideally, 1 to 2 years' sales experience
- A third language would be great
