Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team and lead our brand design efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll conceptualize and craft creative solutions across various mediums and surfaces, including our website, social channels, and events. You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing and Director of Design to drive forward decisions that are backed by sound logic and maintain a high bar for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable design systems and processes that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Drive forward decisions that are backed by sound logic and establish consensus among team members.
  • Communicate effectively with the marketing team to help scale our design efforts and maintain a high bar for quality and consistency.
  • Work with contractors and agencies to provide guidance and creative direction.
  • Own projects from kickoff through completion and collaborate with others to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience building visual brands at tech companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in startup environments as a brand designer/art director.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to own projects from start to finish.
  • Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
  • Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling.
