Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets for diverse unscripted formats.
- Oversee and manage the departmental schedule and budget, ensuring adherence to target timelines.
- Monitor and supervise unscripted productions in alignment with company processes, supporting the design and production strategy of the Unscripted department.
- Collaborate closely with production teams across various unscripted shows.
- Continuously scout for new talent in production, directing, and writing to meet the needs of the Unscripted sector.
- Work alongside the Unscripted department to establish project structures from inception through writing, production, and final delivery to clients.
- Identify and analyze the key characteristics and trends within the genre that are currently prevalent in the market.
- Understand audience consumption behaviors and preferences regarding the genre to assess potential future developments and productions.
- Generate innovative ideas for unscripted development projects.
- Consistently seek out new projects and concepts that align with genre requirements.
- Take ownership and provide creative input during the development of relevant project materials.
- Ensure thorough preparation for all meetings and reviews.
- Document detailed notes and distribute them accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Department Head to delegate assignments and manage deliverables.
- Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Production, or a related field.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Languages: Proficient in English.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in TV Production.
- Proficient in Movie Magic.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Adobe graphic design software.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including assertiveness and active listening.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
