Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Hospitality Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable drink experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, equipment, and supplies
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology principles and techniques, with the ability to create innovative cocktails
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
