**About This Role:**

As a Service Director, you will lead a large scope of building or facilities operations, managing several services and guaranteeing the provision of a high level of service to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for related budgets and cost optimization will be one of your main targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Regularly review facilities provision, making recommendations for improvements and contributing to policymaking.
• Lead planning and implementation of major facilities upgrade projects.
• Establish, monitor, and manage office-related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers.
• Provide information and necessary documentation for other departments to assist with office and facilities issues.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning for office facilities.
• Train new staff to ensure they understand how to use the office facilities and relevant health and safety issues.
• Monitor facilities budget to ensure variances are accounted for.
• Assess health and safety risks, keep up-to-date with regulations, and ensure compliance from external contractors.
• Supervise other facilities maintenance and administrative staff.

**What We Offer:**

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
