Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Bartender to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and efficient bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bar area, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Train and supervise bartenders to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
