About the Role

BIC is a leading manufacturer of everyday essentials, and we're seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team. As a Process Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection molding production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Production Program Volume: Administer resources effectively to meet production targets, resolving process and quality issues as they arise.
  • Lead Expansion and Culture Change: Spearhead the introduction of new machines, molds, and processes, driving cultural change and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain KPIs and Productivity: Ensure high levels of productivity in OEE, safety, scrap, BOM consumption, downtime, PPM, standard costs, and turnover.
  • Efficiency Gains and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead Smart Manufacturing Eco-system: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Industry 4.0 technologies in the molding area.
  • Maintenance and Acquisition: Responsible for the maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and processes, as well as the acquisition and development of new equipment.
  • Quality, Safety, and Environmental Protection: Ensure compliance with IGS guidelines, environmental, safety, and health regulations, and implement actions to achieve business indicators and customer satisfaction.
