Procurement Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the Annual Procurement Operation Plan (APOP) to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Build and lead a high-performance procurement team to deliver on key objectives.
  3. Manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. Highly skilled in supplier negotiations with a proven ability to drive value and agreement.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of direct experience in procurement/sourcing with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
