Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes and maintaining the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and coordinators to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular meetings with production supervisors and value stream teams to discuss progress, address issues, and set goals.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish.
  • Relevant education in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
