Procurement Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Manager to lead our procurement team in executing transactions for Raw Materials, MRO, and Corporate Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional leaders to develop and integrate the local team with the Americas Strategic Sourcing Team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the procurement team in executing transactions and data maintenance in SAP with high quality
* Ensure compliance with BCP and Celanese Policies and Procedures
* Standardize procurement processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Work with Strategic Sourcing Leaders on relationship management and issue resolution needs with key suppliers
* Ensure proper staffing and development of personnel
* Lead the improvement and development of departmental policies and training documents
* Deliver according to agreed service requirements

**Requirements**

* 3-5 years of procurement experience
* Familiarity with SAP transactions
* Experience in leading a team of individual contributors
* Ability to lead projects
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to liaise with other departments and business stakeholders
* Pro-active attitude and great coordination skills
* Fluent English
* Understanding of P2P process is an advantage
