About the Role
As a Molding Process Engineer at Molex, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative molding processes that drive business growth and efficiency. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize molding processes for new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new molding processes and equipment
- Conduct process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve production issues
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Work with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and equipment
Requirements
- Strong experience in molding process engineering with expertise in injection molding and plastic processing
- Advanced English language skills (conversational and written)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or materials science
- Knowledge of scientific molding principles and practices
