About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced quality assurance professional to leverage their skills in ServiceNow to drive business growth and success. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our ServiceNow platform meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive quality test plans and test cases to ensure seamless integration with various testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow platform team to identify, validate, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate quality testing effort estimates to project managers and scrum masters to support informed decision-making.
- Interface with customers during user acceptance testing, including test case execution and documentation.
- Work closely with product and integration owners to develop regression test plans and test cases for annual platform upgrades and other development efforts.
- Assist the ServiceNow platform team in creating Agile stories based on requirements received.
- Offer constructive feedback to Technical Analysts on artifacts created during the requirements and analysis phase.
- Contribute to defining and refining quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Drive forward ServiceNow test automation adoption and strategies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proven experience performing quality assurance responsibilities in support of ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas.
- Expertise in IT quality methodologies and testing techniques (e.g., unit, integration, system, automated, performance).
- Experience creating and executing detailed quality test plans and test cases based on requirements and stories.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with vendor partnerships and building cross-functional team relationships.
- Bonus points for experience using JIRA and building automated testing within ServiceNow (Automated Test Framework).
- ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus.
Benefits and Compensation:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
