Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator at Mondelēz International.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for executing initiatives through I2M and IIM processes, ensuring effective execution, coordination, tracking, and communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging, and processes for the plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project development and execution by executing initiatives through I2M/IIM, providing critical inputs to the site BD leader, and coordinating with all plant departments for plant trials and key project activities.
- Supporting ongoing business simplification by providing inputs to the site BD leader to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels, and coordinating with cross-functional team members to track and communicate plant activities.
- Supporting the site BD leader to manage interfaces with category PCMs, execute new initiatives and business-related projects using IIM methodology, and coordinate with operations core teams to set up VSU teams for projects.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry, with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety, and GMP standards.
- Financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, technology, and engineering automation basics.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP systems, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
The successful candidate will have a degree in food, chemical, industrial, or related engineering, and must have 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, with experience managing projects from start to finish, being organized, having strong communication skills, being proactive, and having intermediate to advanced office parcel delivery skills.
Nice to have: SAP experience.
