Project Manager - Higher Education Solutions

As a Professional Services Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our customers, ensuring their success with our Ellucian Experience solution and other solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement user experience portals for various user groups.
  • Participate in resolving complex design and implementation issues across projects.
  • Support the director in leading project functions and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Collect and submit monthly utilization reports for consultants.
  • Present project results and progress to clients in executive meetings.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Higher Education and with portal-like software (SharePoint, Liferay, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating functional or operational projects.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Proven ability to learn new solutions quickly and advise on system architecture and performance.
