Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the planning and logistics of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external customers, scheduling transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with external customers to receive and review shipping orders.
  2. Manage the stock and collection of packing materials in collaboration with external customers.
  3. Schedule logistics and transportation personnel to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  4. Monitor transit loads and ensure physical delivery of products to final customers.
  5. Collaborate with the production planner to coordinate the shipment of finished products.
  6. Manage ERP software (QAD or similar) to track and analyze logistics data.
  7. Develop and maintain knowledge of customer portals and customs regulations.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, as well as customs agencies, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with customs laws, foreign trade regulations, ISO standards, and C-TPAT requirements.
  10. Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize logistics operations.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administrative, International Business, or a related field.
  3. Experience with foreign trade, planning, and logistics.
  4. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  5. Knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000.
  6. Proficiency in ERP modules, particularly manufacturing suites.
  7. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Intermediate-Advanced English language proficiency.
