Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to join our team at Lionbridge Games. As a Senior Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of test engineers to ensure the highest quality of our games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our games
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development process
  • Lead and mentor test team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
  • Assist in coaching junior staff by providing feedback and guidance on testing-related tasks

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Passion for video games and knowledge of the video game market
  • Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization
  • Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle
  • Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing
  • Experience testing in an Agile context
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
  • Preferred higher education in technology
