Main Responsibilities:- Lead collective bargaining negotiations, including contract preparation, proposal development, and strategy formulation.
- Administer union contracts, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives, addressing grievances, disputes, and other labor-related issues.
- Conduct investigations into alleged violations of labor agreements and company policies, recommending appropriate actions as necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRIS systems, and fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) are essential skills for this role.
