We are seeking a highly skilled Android Software Engineer to join our Crypto Currency Team at PayPal. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Work with engineering managers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless deployment and testing of applications.
- Define and implement processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve excellence in software development, testing, and deployment.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in Android development with solid Java and Kotlin programming skills.
- Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Android architecture and solid knowledge of algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (GIT, SVN, CVS, etc.).
- Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically.
**Language Requirements:**
- Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken English.

- Hybrid (recommended to be in-office three days a week).
