This position reports to the HR Services Specialist II and is part of the Electrification Area in ABB Schweiz AG.
As a key member of the Production organization, you will be responsible for optimizing assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Promotion System Management
- Create evaluations (theoretical and practical) and apply them (practical).
- Create and update competency certification sheets and matrices.
- Provide technical support for competency certification.
- Design an onboarding process from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements.
- Partner with trainers to ensure proper execution of onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Design training materials and facilitate technical workshops and training-the-trainers.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical, or similar engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Intermediate English level.
- Knowledge in production process and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge in Solidworks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Evaluations for job growth.
- Understanding of tool operation, component assembly, and wiring.
- Knowledge in Office Package.
