About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the spa's front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized consultations to guests, helping them select the best services and treatments based on their needs, preferences, and health considerations.
- Explain the benefits and details of various spa services, packages, and products to guests in a way that is clear and engaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring the space is welcoming.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to manage the appointment schedule and ensure smooth operations.
- Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages, and products to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or consultation role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office equipment.
