Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager to join our team in Reynosa. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our function areas, ensuring seamless coordination with our suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and control changes concerning customs regulations.
  2. Develop and implement the Quality Assurance System.
  3. Ensure traceability from receiving of raw materials/goods to stock/deliveries to production, from production to sterilization, on finished goods stock, and to the customer.
  4. Coordinate PO's and deliveries of components from Infusion Device in DK and other suppliers in quality and quantity for production needs according to established plans and forecasts from the Sales Department.
  5. Approve suppliers of indirect materials and services, negotiate contracts, and support all department requirements.
  6. Hire and dismiss employees of the Logistic Department according to Company Personnel Policies.
  7. Ensure the computer system used is in good working condition.
  8. Organize the warehouse, including product preservation, housekeeping, pest control program, FIFO procedure, and conditions of handling equipment.
  9. Prepare weekly production plans and inventory reports, and present monthly capacity plans and proposals for changes.
  10. Present and update monthly shipment schedules.
  11. Follow the budget approved by the Business Units.

EHS Requirements

  1. Incorporate EHS compliance and risk considerations into procurement decisions for key suppliers, third-party manufacturers, and contractors on a risk basis.
  2. Ensure new chemicals receive an EHS review prior to being purchased. Maintain general awareness of the CVT's EHS policy and supporting standards.
  3. Understand EHS risks and applicable legal requirements associated with their job responsibilities and the appropriate controls in place to manage those risks and requirements.
  4. Carry out job responsibilities with due professional care and in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards without compromising their own safety or that of others.
  5. Be alert to EHS hazards in the workplace, responding to them as appropriate and communicating them to responsible management as they are identified (e.g., spills).
  6. Participate in training, awareness, and community initiatives as appropriate. Help drive continuous EHS performance improvement by suggesting potential improvements to responsible management.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in Planning and Materials Management at a similar level.
  2. Fluent English spoken and written is a requirement.
  3. Experience with MRP Systems.
  4. Strong leadership skills and experience in change management.
  5. Software utilization knowledge.
