About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring our products maintain strong visibility, placement, and availability in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key retail accounts to drive sales growth and maximize product visibility.
  • Develop and execute commercial calendar strategies to boost our presence and market share.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product display.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial or administrative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
