Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for achieving departmental goals and objectives while ensuring the manufacture of products within established delivery, quality, safety, and cost standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise semi to highly skilled maintenance employees on an assigned shift to ensure the manufacture of products within established delivery, quality, safety, and cost standards.
- Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback, and overall guidance. Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction, and tools to successfully do their job.
- Direct departmental continuous improvement plans and activities.
- Implement and monitor safety programs and housekeeping.
- Plan for maintenance of equipment and facilities to maximize uptime and utilization of capital equipment assets.
- Monitor and make corrections to stay within the department operating budget targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge in Control Logix, Allen Bradley, Panel view, device net, Ethernet, power and free conveyors, automatic cranes, drives programming, motion control, painting robots, ovens, ecoat, and powder painting.
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline, Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent experience.
