About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field; Marriott International experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
