We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our laundry operations.
Responsibilities
----------------
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the unloading of their items in a safe and efficient manner
* Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to company standards and procedures
* Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
* Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry cleaning, completing all tasks with attention to detail
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance of laundry equipment and facilities
Requirements
------------
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of related work experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Physical stamina to lift and carry laundry items weighing up to 10 pounds
