Job Summary


Urban Science seeks an experienced Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client services on an account team, focusing on both technical and client-handling skills.


Main Responsibilities



  • Plan, organize, and deliver client-requested reports, deliverables, and projects on time, adhering to client specifications.
  • Design and manage client databases using Urban Science proprietary software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
  • Develop relationships with clients to effectively respond to requests and inquiries.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of client data for assigned projects.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality data is used on assigned projects.
  • Perform application coding and testing functions associated with custom client software development.
  • Track, process, analyze, and verify data to improve accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain Urban Science internal software systems.
  • Attend project meetings to document notes and stay up-to-date on project deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure software is properly installed, set up, and functioning at established quality levels.
  • Adhere to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.
  • Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and with high quality.
  • Communicate with management to provide updates and report issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with manager to understand and implement solutions to improve NPS (client satisfaction).
  • Support and participate in required Urban Science training programs to achieve targeted development objectives.
  • Work with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.

Requirements



  • University degree required; technical degrees are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience required.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and database management systems.
  • Programming proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or SQL.
