About the Role

This position is part of our Advanced Safety & User Experience segment, where we develop cutting-edge advanced driver-assistance systems and user experience products that enhance vehicle safety.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

  • Leading the team in embracing Agile principles and values
  • Maintaining a high level of performance and continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and KPI tracking
  • Evaluating and assessing the agile maturity of the team, coaching them to higher levels
  • Fostering a trusting environment with a focus on problem-solving and communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 6 months of work experience in the Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics
  • Bilingual proficiency in English speaking/reading/writing
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenges
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously
  • Strong soft skills, including networking creation, influencing skills, and a positive ownership profile
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Additional benefits include:
