OverviewEnerSys is a leading provider of energy storage solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management system and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement control plans for new and existing processes.
- Coordinate activities related to Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPA), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Special Cause Analysis Reports (SCAR) using the 8D methodology.
- Conduct internal audits of the quality system and participate in external audits, including customer audits.
- Responsible for daily waste/scrap monitoring and follow-up on waste projects with the quality supervisors' team.
- Analyze customer complaints, field complaints, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Compile and analyze quality data, identifying trends and causes.
- Generate reports required by corporate, regarding quality, and create compliance certificates according to client requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or quality systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with decision-making abilities and prior experience managing a team.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
