Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a commitment to enhancing operational performance and supporting executive leadership. This role is essential in contributing to the success of our Mobility Aftermarket division.

Key Responsibilities (75% of Role):

  • Act as a strategic consultant to the department leader, offering insights and suggestions to meet business goals.
  • Oversee and direct special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and effectively.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the department leader and other teams, promoting collaboration.
  • Evaluate and report on critical performance indicators, identifying opportunities for enhancement and executing solutions.
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up tasks.
  • Enhance organizational and operational effectiveness by implementing best practices and process improvements.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Duties (25% of Role):

  • Function as the main point of contact for the department leader, overseeing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Oversee and manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, along with the T&E reimbursement process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Anticipate the needs of the department leader and proactively provide assistance to enhance their productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic support capacity, such as Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong business insight and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with composure.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative.
