Customer Experience Leader, Mexico City

At TTEC, we're dedicated to making customers happy. As a Senior Manager - Service Delivery in our Mexico City location, you'll be part of bringing humanity to business.
We're looking for a leader who can act as one, encouraging and motivating their team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence career mobility. You'll report to the Director, Service Delivery.
Your typical day will involve improving key success metrics associated with goals, including Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, and Quality Goals. You'll mentor managers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information.
You'll bring your time management and organizational skills to help support managers on their multiple, complex tasks and projects. This is an opportunity to learn more about the industry and gain direct management experience.
