Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prototype Operator to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing daily activities to build GEO orders, actively communicating with prototype leaders to satisfy customer needs, and maintaining company image both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily activities to build GEO orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Actively communicate with prototype leaders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in sewing, preferably from CMX and AQW processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
