The Team and Job Summary:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Specialist Assistant to join our Information and Technology team in our Mexico office. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional project managers and estimators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create tickets and the list of equipment to be disposed of.
• Manage existing and current inventory EOL to ITAD.
• Order material and help the M&A team check all the needs in the offices.
• Coordinate purchasing and tech dispatches with our vendors.
• Coordinate the installation with SHI or Converge and check configuration and functionality on the dashboard.
• Coordinate with SHI tech dispatch to IMAC and M&A Projects.
• Check for live printers and gather IP, admin credentials, POC, general device information, IP, SN, and MAC address.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Experience as an Infrastructure, Service desk or IT management assistant.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Able to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills to support and solve our client's questions and requests.
• Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills and qualities.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
