At Rockwell Automation, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals through innovative solutions and exceptional service. As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products at various stages of the production process.
- Notify your supervisor of any deviations from established quality standards.
- Record inspection data to help determine and maintain product quality and reliability using quality assurance procedures.
- Report product discrepancies and segregate and manage rejected lots as needed.
- Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental initiatives (may be part of a team or focus group).
- Assist the Continuous Improvement department as a 5S auditor.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality assurance software.
