Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production team. Your goal will be to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively while maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions.
  • Experience with inventory management and resource allocation.
  • Basic knowledge of English language.
