About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator for Cruise Line Operations, you will be responsible for verifying costs and sales before invoicing. This includes working with internal Cruise line platforms in uploading and invoicing, as well as ensuring that staff in destination are following company rules and procedures relevant to Intercruises processes.

About the Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the OSH Team Manager for regional specific Intercruise tasks. You will be part of a talented team that is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a positive impact on our customers' experiences.

About the Salary

The salary for this role starts at $192,000.00 MXN gross per year, plus additional benefits such as training days, language lessons, and access to our TUI Learning Hub and TUI Skills Academy.

About You
  • You have exceptional administration, planning and organisation skills.
  • You are computer literate and technically capable to work within a new digital service environment.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous to service both source markets and destinations in local language when possible.
  • You have travel industry knowledge and experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
