Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sensata Technologies. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information, support, and problem resolution on inquiries and order status.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and order status, maintaining proactive communication and acting on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Built strong partnerships internally with production, planning, logistics, and business functions to identify and drive alternatives to deliver customer order requirements.
Specific Tasks:
- Provide guidance to customers on quantities on stock, required time to produce, and deliver. Review customer requests related to production lead-time, assess transportation mode, and service to be used based on customer coverage.
- Review daily customer demand and validate deviations, subject to specific customer needs.
- Ensure proactive internal notification of customer delivery risk following the Customer Impact Alert process, as well as sending external notifications to customers on supply risk minimum one week prior to the customer order schedule date.
- Presents in internal meetings to provide critical customer account feedback as it relates to minimum customer production requirements. Update supply coverage overview based on production plan and customer needs.
- Regularly review and assist in the timely resolution of customer concerns, claims, or cares on portals related to the delivery process.
- Responsible for customers on consignment/delivery more where responsibility is to maintain supply and replenishment of inventory levels as per contractual agreement.
- Lead the execution of manual order entry process within required timelines and accuracy.
- Communicate with customers in the event of inventory opportunities of supplying orders at an earlier time.
- Identify pull-in opportunities based on specific customer logistics/flexibility agreements.
- Communicate to customers first/last shipments from phase-in/phase-out material.
- Responsible for timely reviews and investigations of root cause for customer short-payments.
- Approve/reject chargebacks and submit respective debit/credit memos when applicable.
Requirements:
- A university degree (i.e., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers, and/or external customers.
Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
